What this website collects

This website does not use analytics, advertising trackers or cookies.

The contact and job application forms do not send data to our servers. When you press the button, your own email app or WhatsApp opens with the details you typed, and nothing is sent until you send that message yourself. Messages sent through WhatsApp are also subject to WhatsApp’s privacy policy.

Our hosting server keeps standard access logs (IP address, browser type and pages requested) for security and reliability.

Information you send us

When you email, call or message us, we receive the details you choose to share, such as your name, contact details, company, the work you need or your resume.

• We use enquiry details to reply, prepare quotes and deliver the work you ask for.
• We use job applications only for recruitment.
• We do not sell or rent personal information.

Client data we handle in our work

Data we process for clients, including patient, customer and financial records, is handled under the agreement with that client and only for the work they request. Access is limited to the people working on that account.

How long we keep information

We keep enquiries and correspondence for as long as needed to respond and for our business records. We delete unsuccessful job applications when they are no longer needed for recruitment, or sooner if you ask.

Your choices

You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it or ask us to delete it by emailing project@velqontech.com.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, the new version will be posted on this page with a new date.
